Sertifikasi Profesi Animator Madya – Skema BNSP

Format: offline · Durasi: 2 hari pelatihan + 1 hari uji kompetensi · Biaya: Rp6.800.000 per orang (sudah termasuk hotel/penginapan & makan; minimal 8 peserta) · Output: portofolio siap uji (playblast, final render, breakdown proses) dan sertifikat BNSP bagi yang dinyatakan kompeten.


Pendahuluan

Animator Madya berperan menerjemahkan design brief, storyboard, dan arahan sutradara menjadi gerak yang meyakinkan—siap tayang dan konsisten dengan brand look. Program ini memadukan praktik studio (12 prinsip animasi, body mechanics & acting, rigging dasar–menengah, timing–spacing, lighting–rendering, compositing, dan QC) dengan standar asesmen nasional BNSP, sehingga peserta siap produksi sekaligus siap uji.


Unit Kompetensi (Cakupan Materi)

  1. Analisis Brief & Riset Visual: tujuan, audiens, gaya, moodboard dan referensi.

  2. Storyboard & Animatic: beat sheet, staging, camera blocking, ritme & timing.

  3. Prinsip 12 Animasi: squash–stretch, anticipation, arcs, overlap, exaggeration, dsb.

  4. Layout & Sinematografi: komposisi, lens choice, rule of thirds, depth of field.

  5. Rigging 2D/3D: kontrol, constraint, deformer, weight paint.

  6. Body Mechanics & Acting: pose readability, silhouette, emotion beats.

  7. Timing & Spacing: graph editor, easing, favors, holds, arcs.

  8. FX Sederhana: secondary motion (kain/rambut), follow through & overlap.

  9. Lookdev, Lighting & Shading: setup lampu, material PBR, AOV.

  10. Rendering & Optimasi: sampling, denoise, cache, manajemen render.

  11. Compositing & Finishing: color correction, teks/titles, audio sync.

  12. QC & Packaging: review, revisi, penamaan aset, spesifikasi delivery.

  13. Etika & Pipeline: kolaborasi, versioning, shot tracking.


Contoh Studi Kasus (opsional, dengan kode)

Tantangan: Bouncing ball 2 detik untuk opening ident—menerapkan squash–stretch, ease in–out, dan overshoot ringan.

  • Analisis Brief & Riset: memetakan tujuan visual, gaya, audiens, referensi.

  • Storyboard/Animatic: staging, ritme, pergerakan kamera, timing chart.

  • Penerapan 12 Prinsip: dari key pose → in-between → polish (arcs/overlap/timing).

  • Rigging & Kontrol: memilih/menyesuaikan rig, weight paint, constraint fungsional.

  • Body Mechanics & Acting: line of action, silhouette, kejelasan emosi.

  • Timing/Spacing: manajemen graph editor, favor timing, holds, retime.

  • FX, Lighting & Rendering: efek sekunder, AOV, denoise, optimasi render.

  • Compositing & Finishing: koreksi warna, teks/SFX, sinkron audio.

  • QC & Delivery: review, catatan revisi, penamaan file, spesifikasi ekspor.
